Shipping Policy

All of our products are custom-made to order. Our current production turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the date your order is placed (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Production time does not include transit time.

Carriers & Methods

We ship with UPS and currently offer Ground shipping through our online store.

Protective Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged for safe delivery:

• Wrapped in protective bubble wrap
• Reinforced with fitted cardboard corner protectors
• Secured between rigid cardboard sheets
• Boxed for shipment

This method has proven highly effective, with very few instances of shipping damage. For how we handle any damage that may occur, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Local Pickup

If you select Local Pickup, your order will be available at our Frame Shop during regular business hours once complete.
